Shipping & Return Policies

Shipping:
Allow 3-5 Business Days for order fulfilment, before your ship time begins.

An email will be sent upon fulfillment with tracking for your shipped package.

Use the links in that email for all of your tracking needs.

Charges for shipping: $5 for the first item, +$1 for each additional item.

Returns:

All loose leaf tea sales are FINAL. If you purchase a “crate” or “gift set” that contains loose leaf teas, those sales are final as well.

All Tea Crate Club Crate sales and seasonal subscription boxes are FINAL. You can cancel your membership ahead of time by logging in to your account. Refunds will not be made after payment is processed.

Any products that arrive broken or damaged will require pictures in packaging for replacement. If we no longer have the exact item to replace it with we will happily replace a similar product of equal value or issue store credit.
