A cruffin is a cross between a Croissant and a Muffin. It’s layered and flakey, crispy, and buttery.
I didn’t have a ton of time this week, so I needed to come up with a bit of a cheater version, and I figured a frozen puff pastry would do the trick. These Cruffins turned out wonderfully, and I will be making them again!
